Initiate Your Request
Log into your Marcato account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
